FIELD: heating. ^ SUBSTANCE: valve unit (1) includes housing with inlet (2) and outlet (3), valve 1 (6) with seat (8) and gate (7) and valve 2 (10) providing stable pressure drop at valve 1 (6). Valve 1 (6) is located in the first part of unit body (A) whereas valve 2 (10) is situated in the second part (B) of unit body. Besides, first part (A) and second part (B) of unit body are interconnected.
