FIELD: veterinary science. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of veterinary science. The method includes the provision of superovulation of the mammal that is meant to get at least two ovicells. This method stipulates the stage of using a medication that influences the ovulation, entails formation of several ovicells; sex determination of the mammal male's sperm cells; separation of the sperm cells according to the specified sex; introduction of at least a part of the separated sperm cells into the mammal female's dam after the beginning of the estrous cycle (the mentioned part of the selected sperm cells includes from 10 % to 50 % of the sperm dose that is generally used in the course of artificial insemination); and fertilization of several ovicells in the dam in order to get several germs of the defined sex. ^ EFFECT: improvement of the efficiency of animal superovulation and obtaining germs with defined sex. ^ 18 cl, 4 dwg, 4 ex |
