Provided is a hydraulic supply device having a high response and compatible with various mother device sizes. The hydraulic supply device includes: a plurality of hydraulic pump devices (10) each having a variable-speed motor (11) and a pump unit (12); a work oil path (21) directly communicating with a discharge exit (13) of each pump unit so as to allow smooth passage of the work oil in both directions, combining the flows of the work oil discharged from the respective pump units (12) so as to introduce the oil to a load side or, in the reverse direction, dividing the work oil returned from the load side so as to introduce the oil to the respective pump unit (12); and control means (14, 15) for controlling the rpm of the motor (11) of each hydraulic pump device (10) in synchronization with one another.
