Method involves bulb onion grating and browning in vegetable oil; potatoes cutting and browning in vegetable oil; parsley and marjoram cutting and freezing; fresh green peas freezing; frankfurters cutting. The listed components are mixed with table salt and black pepper without contact to oxygen. The mix is packaged with water, sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: obtaining preserves with higher assimilability than similar cooked dish. |
