METHOD FOR PROTECTION OF METAL OF LOW-TEMPERATURE SURFACES OF HEATING OF BOILER FROM SULFURIC CORROSION

摘要

A method for protection of metal low-temperature surfaces of boiler heating relate to heat-powder engineering and can be used in boilers in which sulfur-containing fuel is burnt. After low-temperature surfaces of heating of boiler in stream of smoke gases introduced acid-resistance oil with temperature of boiling not below temperature of smoke gases in a place of introduced oil. At that, metal surface is under protection of thin film of oil which prevents to accessof vapores of sulfuric acid which are condensed from, smoke gases stream to metal. The oil is used for protection is catched and used for many times. Additionals, oil is introduced into stream of smoke gases is used as additional heat-carrier for collection of heat of smoke gases and transfer into theair whichis supplied to burning. Increasing of profitability of boiler operation is provided.
