A method for making candy floss includes heating the prepared sugar up to 180-200 °С, obtaining sugar threads, forming the sugar threads, coating a vitaminizing additive onto the sugar threads, packing the ready product into packing. The prepared sugar is preliminary mixed with a dry aromatic additive. The sugar threads obtained are formed as a total mass onto which a natural vitaminizing additive as pieces is coated. The dry aromatic additive is used in an amount of 0.1-1.2 wt. %, and the natural vitaminizing additive in an amount of 1-100 wt. % from the weight of the candy floss. |
