A method for diagnosing the electrophysiological inhomogeneity of the ventricular myocardium in the patients with the hypertension and diabetes mellitus type 2 at the old age provides for the analysis of the structural state and the bioelectric activity of the heart. The ratio of the amplitude sum of S and R waves, respectively, in the first and the fifth thoracic leads of the conventional ECG to the myocardial mass of the left ventricle (measured electrocardiographically) is calculated. When the ratio is less than 0.065 conventional units, the electrophysiological inhomogeneity of the ventricular myocardium is diagnosed. |
