PURPOSE:To attain ease of assembly by providing the 3rd cone incorporatedly between two drive cones of a speaker driving a diaphragm via the drive cones and bonding and inserting a coil bobbin to the 3rd cone. CONSTITUTION:The two drive cones 9a, 9b are arranged at the lower surface of a flat diaphragm 2, and the 3rd drive cone section 9' is provided incorporatedly between the respective cones 9a and 9b. This cone section 9' is formed at a lower end of the cone 9b with processing and a half of the vertical angle theta of the cone section 9' is taken as an angle easily processed by a press. Further, the cone section 9' is taken as a locating guide, and after the coil bobbin 3 is inserted to its inside, the bobbin is bonded with an adhesives 10a. Moreover, it is unnecessary to process the upper end of the bobbin 3c as a cone shape, the cone section 9' is used as a locating guide for the ease of assembling, and the excellent characteristic of the speaker is attained. |
