FIELD: medicine; life saving equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to creation of fire extinguishing agents which can be used for suppression of fire and smoldering materials, inflammable liquids and combustible gases, and also the electro equipment which is energized to 1000 V. The fire extinguishing dry compound contains a basic extinguishing component, a highly dispersive additive, hydrophobizated liquid, an adsorbent of residual and condensed moisture - technical silica gel, and also the specific fluidity additive for in a kind of barites concentrate with the size of particles less than 125 microns.
