FIELD: items of personal use. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the kitchen device for food processing. The kitchen device for food processing contains a bowl in which a piece of food to be processed is put, an instrument that protrudes into the bowl or situated in it, and a bearing unit by means of which the instrument rests on the bowl and turns in it. The bearing unit contains a tapered journal and a supporting element with a female cone. In the centre of the female cone there is an axially situated protrusion. The vertex angle of the tapered journal and the vertex angle of the female cone are situated between eight and twelve degrees so that the supporting element in the axial direction rests on the tapered journal. In the radial direction the supporting element is directed by the inner wall of the female cone against the tapered journal. ^ EFFECT: provision of low-resistance during rotation of the instrument and minimal expenses for its installation. ^ 5 cl, 2 dwg |
