A device for sterilizing and pasteurizing liquid food products comprises an accumulating container, a pump, a microwave emitter, a waveguide, a microwave-treating chamber connected between each other with a system of technological pipings. The device is supplemented with a sterilizing module, arranged in the microwave-treating chamber, which at least has two plates of a radiotransparent material, a conduit between each equals to 100-750 μm, and which is fixed by means of a row of vertical layers. The pump is connected to the inlet of the accumulating container, the outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the sterilizing module connected to a container for a treated food product, the microwave emitter is connected to the inlet of the microwave-treating chamber. |
