摘要 A method for making kvass includes preparing wort, fermenting the kvass wort using brewing yeast of bottom fermentation, cooling, clarifying, filtering, carbonizing, pasteurizing and pouring. The nonevaporated kvass wort obtained on the basis of natural raw grain material is prepared, and fermenting is carried out up to obtaining alcohol of no more than 1.2 per cent by volume.
