FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns "know-how" of tinned first course for space feeding. Method of production of tinned food "Turtle soup with green peas" is carried out as follows. Parsley root and onions are diced, blanched and grinded. Fresh green peas and greens are frozen and grinded. Turtle meat is diced and grinded. All listed components are mixed with melted butter, drinking water, table salt and specified micromycetes biomass CO2-extracts. Prepared mixture is packed up in aluminium tubas, tinned and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: production of tinned food of improved digestibility in comparison with similar culinary dish. ^ 41 cl |
