FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: sample press force is transferred due to applied equal-arm rigid; lever is provided with overhung elastic rod flexural deformation of which is used to calculate sample press force of the ball. Press force is calculated by readings of two travel indicators attached by ends of the lever and the rod. Pressure force to elastic rod is provided by means of hydraulic jack attached on the plate under the rod. The lever is bearing supported and can turn around its axis at core active. Value of sample press force of the ball, and sample print diameter are used to calculate Brinell hardness number of material sample. ^ EFFECT: formation and metering of sample press force of the ball providing process visualisation and reliability. ^ 1 dwg |
