FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns canned meat and vegetables production technology for space diet. Preserves production method involves beef cutting, frying in rendered oil and grinding in mincer; bulb onion cutting, browning in rendered oil and grinding in mincer; green peas freezing and grinding in mincer; wheat flour browning in rendered oil. The listed components are mixed with cream, bone broth, table salt and CO2 extractions of black pepper and laurel leaves. Obtained mix is packaged in aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: new space preserves with higher assimilability in comparison to cooked dish. |
