A method for constructing a parking place is provided to save the construction cost by using steel beams installed between outer columns of a parking place. A method for constructing a parking place comprises the steps of installing a steel beam between outer columns(200) by using a connection member(300), and additionally installing strength reinforcing members(510,520) at the connection member and the steel beam to increase resistance against load applied to a connection part between the outer columns and the steel beam. Angle members being in contact with the lower surface of the connection member face each other while interposing the strength reinforcing members therebetween, so that a folding member(600) is formed on the lower surface of the connection member. The folding member is fastened using a bolt and a nut(610).
