A device for single-piece separation and supply from the pile of flat-folded billets of boxes and their forming includes a magazine for billets, a mechanism for their by the piece supply, a transportation mechanism with a gripping device for displacing the billet and a device for its opening, made in the form of two driving shafts located from different sides of magazine, which have spiral working surface with variable spiral pitch lengthwise of shafts. Input end of one of the driving shafts is globoid and additional spiral surface is installed on it. Shafts are made in the form of a cylinder. The input ends of the shafts, in the section with length of δ, are made eccentric along diameter, one of them - with protrusion Х, and the second one - with cavity Х, in this case X=Х, where δ- thickness of flat-folded billet of box. |
