A method for production of articles of composite material based on diamond comprises the formation of ingrained layer from mix, which contains at least silicon in quantity, sufficient for impregnation of diamond mass and graphite. Ais obtained,whichform correspond to profile working part of the article which is necessary for producing. A diamond mass is strewed on profile surface ofof ingrained layer, is implemented heating this system in heater of chamber high pressure at high pressure to temperature, sufficient for melting of silicon, and keeping at this temperature. Obtainedconsists of two parts as of hemispheres - forming and impregnat-forming. Forming part is maked from a mix which contains graphite and refractory component. Infilitration-forming part is obtained from a mix containing silicon, graphite and refractory component. |
