A briquetting machine contains a welded frame, on which a bed is installed with operating units of formation of the briquettes located in it, which include preparatory, forming and output bushings, a stock located in the guiding unit, with a punch fastened to it, and a connecting rod connected to guiding system in the form of a crankshaft, on which from two sides flywheels are mounted, one of which is driven from electromotor, a feed system of raw material made in the form of a stepped mechanism with auger operating units with electric drives, a guiding unit of the transport of briquettes, a lubrication system with pumping unit and a control unit of machine. The guiding unit of stock is composite and includes a detachable housing, which is mounted in the bed by bolt assembly, in which two guiding bushes of stock are pressed. The feed system of raw material is made in the form of a double-sided three-stage mechanism with auger operating units of the displacement of raw material. |
