摘要

A unit for low-temperature concentrating liquid products comprises containers with working elements connected with a refrigerating system whereon ice blocks are frozen on. The working elements are made as horizontal plate-like modules inside of which a coolant moves or a refrigerating agent evaporates. The outer sizes of the surface of the modules are lesser than the internal sizes of a container for 5...15 mm, and the containers are arranged on shelves in such a manner as to allow vertical moving thereof by 70...100 mm and fixing at the level of touching the liquid in a container with the lower surface of the corresponding module.
