A method of welding dissimilar metals, at which on the surface of treatment for guaranteeing the uniformity of melting, on the metal side with high coefficient of thermal conductivity corrugations are made. During welding together with the welding wire (electrode) into the weld pool the macro-refrigerators (sections of welding wire of the same composition with a length of 2-3 mm) are supplied, and welding wire is subject to low-frequency torsional oscillations. The diameter of macro-refrigerator shall be for 2 times smaller than the diameter of welding wire. During welding process the macro-refrigerator shall not reach the area of arc. |
