VIBRATION PUMP

A vibration pump that has body with covers, electromagnetic drive that has coils of solenoids installed on end walls of the body, piston installed in the body with possibility of reciprocal displacement between the soils of solenoids and with formation of two working chambers, cups connected to piston and placed at its both sides with possibility of interaction with coils of solenoids, suction and discharge valves installed in working chambers, and indicators of position of the piston. The pump is additionally equipped with centering insert that is made of non-magnetic material as two truncated cones installed at both sides of the piston, bronze hemi-spheres placed o the outer surface of those truncated cones at side of larger diameter, hydrophobic pads installed on the inner surface of the body wit possibility of contact with bronze hemi-spheres, permanent magnets placed with possibility of interaction with those indicators, amplifier of excitation of vibrations connected to outputs of indicators output of which is connected to coils of solenoids of electromagnetic drive, power supply source output of which is connected to input of amplifier of excitation of vibrations, elastic silphons arranged as truncated cones installed in the body symmetrically with respect to the piston, sides of those at larger diameter are fixed on end walls of the body, and at smaller diameter – on the piston, springs placed at axis of the piston. The truncated cones of centering insert are rigidly fixed one to another at side of smaller diameter of the cones, permanent magnets are rigidly fixed on centering insert, indicators of position of piston are arranged as inductance sensors of back coupling and are fixed on the inner surface of the wall of the body out of working chambers, permanent magnets are made placed between sensors of back coupling symmetrically, and springs are made as such that those rest with their end sections on piston and body of the coil of solenoid of electromagnetic drive, respectively.
