FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention claims thermostable copolymers based on phosphor and organyl acetylenes of the general formula -[RC=CHOP(O)(X)O]-, where R is alkyl, aryl, X is H, OH, OP(O)(OH)2, RC=CHP(O)(OH)2. Also it claims a method of obtaining the said thermostable copolymers, involving interaction of phosphorylating agent represented by elemental white porcelain with organyl acetylenes during heating to 40-70C for 2-17 hours in organic solvent in the presence of oxidation initiating agent in the form of air. ^ EFFECT: reduced complexity and cost and improved efficiency of method of obtaining thermostable phosphororganic copolymers with high output. ^ 3 cl, 6 ex
