FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method is directed to the recovery of knee-joint function in case of ankylose of femoropatellar joint, which is reached by mobilisation of quadriceps muscle of thigh, separation of anterior cortical plate from patella, its wrapping with external and internal flap of adjacent parapatellar tissues, which are sutured to each other and placed into bed, formed on anterior surface of thigh, after which, in conditions of unloading of joining surfaces, position of femoral and cannon bones is stabilised by means of apparatus of external fixation, then dosed training of movements in knee-joint is carried out. ^ EFFECT: ensuring recovery of knee-joint function without post-operation complications, reduction of treatment terms. ^ 3 dwg, 1 ex
