FIELD: agriculture, animal industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns animal industries and ecology and is intended for a lifetime estimation of accumulation of cadmium in a muscular fabric and internal bodies of pigs on level of manganese and potassium in a hoof horn. Method of determination of cadmium content in bodies and a muscular tissue of the pigs, including analysis of biosubstratum of an animal, is characterised by performance of the chemical analysis of the a hoof horn of pigs using the method of atomic absorption spectrometry, thus for determination of content of cadmium in a muscular tissue, heart, liver and kidneys define concentration of Mn and Cd content in the hoof horn count from the regress equation; for definition of cadmium content in lungs define concentration of Mn and-or To in the hoof horn and count the regress equations; for definition of the of cadmium concentration in a spleen define concentration of To in a hoof horn and count the regress equation. ^ EFFECT: possibility of lifetime noninvasive determination of the cadmium content in bodies and muscular tissue of an animal for an estimation and updating of ecological safety of production of animal industries, increase of accuracy of determination of cadmium content, possibility of creation of bank of tests of a hoof horn having an unlimited period of storage. ^ 4 tbl |
