FIELD: medicine; pharmacology. ^ SUBSTANCE: new types of synthetic opposing analogues hGH-RH(1-29)NH2 are offered. The given analogues inhibit interaction of endogenous hGH-RH with hypophyseal GH-RH receptors and thus interfere with release of a growth hormone. The analogues also suppress a proliferation in cancer tissues of the person by immediate influence on cancer cells.
