On screw end represents a gear engaged with fixed rim and fitted on a hollow shaft rigidly linked to the eccentric bearing and driving sleeves mounted on rolling bearing in the bearing race. The eccentricity of the bearing and driving is aligned with that between the screw and nut axes.
