PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terahertz antenna module whose structure can be simplified. SOLUTION: In the terahertz antenna module 1, a photoconductive antenna element 17 is fixed to a wiring board 9, and is electrically connected with an electric signal input/output pin 24 of an electric signal input/output port 23 through the signal wiring of the wiring board 9. Also, a buffer member 7, a hemispherical lens 8, the photoconductive antenna element 17 and the wiring board 9 are disposed at the recessed part 3 of a base 2 in the order from the side of the opening 6 of the base 2, and the wiring board 9, the photoconductive antenna element 17 and the hemispherical lens 8 are pressurized to the buffer member 7 by the attachment of a cover 25 to the base 2. Further, the wiring board 9 is positioned by a recessed part 4 and the hemispherical lens 8 is positioned by the buffer member 7 so that the optical axis OA of the hemispherical lens 8 passes through the photoconductive antenna part of the photoconductive antenna element 17.
