PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a crew side communication machine and a passenger side communication machine individually and in detail. SOLUTION: A communication machine 20 for crew provided with a microphone 25 and a speaker 24, and a plurality of communication machines 30 for passenger provided with a microphone 35 and a speaker 34 are connected with a vehicle top apparatus control board 10 through a serial communication LAN 50 and audio lines 51-53 to configure a network. Each communication machine for crew and each communication machine for passenger transmit installation position information to the vehicle top apparatus control board by serial communication so that the vehicle top apparatus control board can control each communication machine for crew and each communication machine for passenger, individually based on the received installation position information, and can regulate the amplifier of microphone or speaker individually, at maintenance/inspection of each of communication machines for crew or each communication machine for passenger.
