PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device, an information processing device, or the like which can be used normally under a non-guaranteed range while utilizing sufficiently margin of a flying height of a head in the non-guaranteed range of the disk device, and to provide an information processing device, or the like. SOLUTION: In the disk device provided with a disk 41 having a ring-shaped information recording region, a head 42 moved on the disk 41 in a non-contact manner and writing or reading information for the disk 41, the information recording region 411 has a first information recording region 411c of an inner peripheral side of the disk 41 and second information recording regions 411a and 411b being an outer peripheral side of the first information recording region, second information to be used by the prescribed information processing device under highland or low pressure environment is recorded in the second information recording regions 411a and 411b, the first information other than the second information is recorded in the first information recording region 411c.
