PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of a digital signal processing apparatus used for mixing or the like by providing an integrated circuit for signal processing equipped with a plurality of blocks such as an input block, an output block and a signal processing block, in which a signal can be easily transmitted from a certain block to the other block via a memory for communication, and there is needed a memory which is not so high in speed as a memory for communication, and the design of which is not so difficult. SOLUTION: This integrated circuit is provided with the plurality of blocks including the input block, the output block, and the signal processing block; and a front side memory for writing and a back side memory for reading as a plurality of communication memories corresponding to a plurality of transmission paths among the blocks, wherein the front side memory and the back side memory are switched in each sampling cycle. The transmission side block writes the signal in the surface side memory of the communication memory corresponding to the transmission path, and the reception side block reads a signal from the back side memory of the communication memory corresponding to the transmission path.
