PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a substrate between a gear formed on a cylindrical part of a rotor and a ring magnet fixed concentrically with the gear on the cylindrical part at an interval in the axial direction and having a smaller diameter than the gear, and to arrange a magnetometric sensor near the ring magnet. SOLUTION: This sensor is equipped with a stator 2 provided with a through hole into which a rotating shaft penetrates; the rotor 3 having the cylindrical part 3a inserted into the through hole, into which the rotating shaft is inserted, and mounted on the stator rotatably integrally therewith, and having the gear having a larger diameter than the cylindrical part, formed on the cylindrical part; the ring magnet 4 fixed on the outside of the cylindrical part, concentrically at an interval in the axial direction with the gear, and rotating integrally with the rotor; and a substrate 11 arranged on the outside of the rotor, whose part is inserted between the gear and the ring magnet, and fixed to the stator at a prescribed clearance therewith.
