PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and efficiently introduce a sample to be detected into an analyzer; to improve a detection speed; and to implement the large quantity of inspections in a short time. SOLUTION: A sample introduction apparatus 1 introduces the sample stored in a storage 41 into the mass analyzer 45 provided with an exhaust pump 51, and includes: differential exhaust piping 3 communicatively connected to the storage 41 at one end; a differential exhaust pump 5 connected to the other end of the differential exhaust piping 3, and exhausting the air and reducing a pressure in the differential exhaust piping 3; and a capillary pipe 7 for communicatively connecting the differential exhaust piping 3 and the mass analyzer 45.
