PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of inspecting an analyte that can easily and accurately inspect a partial adhesive failure between base material constituting the analyte and a flexible member, and can inspect an internal defect of the flexible member. SOLUTION: The method of inspecting the analyte where the flexible member made of rubber or resin is stuck to the surface of the base material is provided. This method includes at least a step S21 of arranging an adhering member in a sealed space, a step S22 of introducing compressed gas into the sealed space and pressurizing the sealed space, a step S23 of holding the pressurization state of the sealed space and making the compressed gas infiltrate the flexible member, and a step S24 of releasing the compressed gas from the sealed space to reduce the pressure of the sealed space.
