PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil thrower device for a turbine shaft improving exclusion performance of lubricating oil shaken off by a centrifugal force by rotation of the turbine shaft. SOLUTION: The oil thrower device for a turbine shaft comprises: the turbine shaft 2; an oil thrower part 9 coaxially disposed with respect to the turbine shaft 2; and a housing 5 housing the turbine shaft 2 and the oil thrower part 9. A peripheral wall 10 at a position opposed to the oil thrower part 9 out of an inner wall of the housing 5 is coated with oil repellent film 8 made from oil repellent material such as fluorine resin.
