PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a precast spandrel wall for being mounted between supports to be mounted by only operations from the indoor side. SOLUTION: A fitting groove 4 is formed in the direction of the arrangement of the supports 1 in such a manner as to be positioned on the top surface of the foundation 3 and on the outside of the support 1. A fitting protrusion 6 for being fitted into the fitting groove 4 is formed at the lower end of the precast spandrel wall 5. A hook 8 is protrusively provided on the lower inside surface of the precast spandrel wall 5. On the outside of the support 1, precast spandrel wall 5 is erected by fitting the fitting protrusion 6 of the precast spandrel wall 5 into the fitting groove 4, and an upper section of the precast spandrel wall 5 is temporarily held on the support by a bolt joining means. Subsequently, a crowbar 20 is hooked on the hook 8 of the precast spandrel wall 5, so that the positioning of the precast spandrel wall 5 can be performed by means of the crowbar 20. After the positioning of the precast spandrel wall 5, the bolt joining means for the upper section of the precast spandrel wall 5 is finally tightened so that the precast spandrel wall can be mounted on the support 1.
