PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet paper holder, simply used like a tissue by collecting a plurality of toilet paper sheets of such sizes as to be easily used by the old with weak force, the handicapped, an injured person, a sick person and children. SOLUTION: Toilet paper sheets 2 are stacked to overlap by halves to form a tissue paper type toilet paper, and put on the body 1 and covered with a cover 3. The toilet paper sheets can be taken out one by one from an opening part 4 at the top of the cover 3.
