PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shoes which prevent the coming off of the shoe caused by space made inevitably between the heel of the shoe and the heel of the foot when the heel goes up during walking or running, and offer stability of walking or running. SOLUTION: A tube bag 4 is attached to a shoe 1, from an instep A to a heel 5, and an elastic band 2 is inserted into it; the heel 5 of the shoe is pulled up with the band 2 if the instep A of the foot goes up during walking or running; both ends of a band 2 are pulled on the instep A; the shoe 1 is tightened to the foot moderately and the both ends of the band 2 are fixed with hook and loop fasteners 3 or the like. Then, the coming off of the shoe caused by space made between the heel 5 of the shoe and the heel of the foot is prevented and the foot is made stable. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
