PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate work for hanging a drying implement or the like and after the hanging, prevent it from getting obstructive. SOLUTION: A supporting implement 1 is fixed to a ceiling, when an insertion part 9 at the upper end of a hanging implement 2 is inserted therein from below and turned, the hanging implement 2 is hung and supported thereto 1, and when the insertion part 9 is reversely turned, the hanging implement 2 is detached therefrom. The hanging implement 2 slidably stores an inner tube 4 inside an outer tube 3 from the upper part. The outer tube 3 has a grip part 8 at its lower end via an interposing implement 19, and an approximately columnar fixing implement 5 at its upper part, respectively. The fixing implement 5 has a hole for penetrating the outer tube 3 in its center, is vertically movable relative to the outer tube 3, is fixed at an optional position by a fixing screw 6, and has a claw-shaped hook implement 7.
