PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently heat insulate waterproof rubber for container doors in a place adjacent to a container manufacturing line without using a warming heat source such as oil heater or gas heater. SOLUTION: In the heat insulation device 10 for waterproof rubber for container doors, waste heat is collected by a hood 14 covering factory equipment 12 that generates waste heat. Air with high temperature is conveyed to an area near the container manufacturing line 16 by a waste heat duct 18. A warming chamber 20 is filled with this air.
