PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid amplifier highly accurately analyzing the amount of a gene. SOLUTION: A nucleic acid amplifier for carrying out a nucleic acid amplification reaction is provided with at least: a plurality of wells A1 configured to carry out the nucleic acid amplification reaction; a heating unit 12 provided for every well A1; optical means irradiating excitation light of a specified wavelength to all of the wells A1; and a fluorescence detection unit 16 provided for every well A1, thereby each well A1 of the nucleic acid amplifier 1 can be controlled independently.
