PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for coordinating content processing in a mobile delivery framework. SOLUTION: The method for coordinating content processing in the mobile delivery framework comprises steps of; embedding, within a metadata envelope associated with content, external references to external enablers; and inserting content processing coordination rules into the metadata envelope. The present invention may further provide a content package comprising: content; and a metadata envelope, the metadata envelope having external references to external enablers and content processing coordination rules embedded therein.
