PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunoassay method capable of controlling easily a condition such as a contact time or a contact amount among a specimen, a reagent, a substrate or the like, and performing efficient analysis regardless of a specimen concentration. SOLUTION: In this immunoassay method, an analyzer having a reaction chamber 11 storing a carrier 13 bonded with an antigen and/or an antibody is revolved with respect to a rotation axis outside the analyzer, to thereby send the specimen and the reagent 12 into the reaction chamber, and a specimen mass in the reaction chamber is measured. In the method, two or more measurement results of the specimen having each different measuring range can be acquired by applying two or more different centrifugal forces to the analyzer.
