A touch sensible display device, and an apparatus and a method for driving the same are provided to simplify configuration of the display apparatus by driving pixels and a detection unit simultaneously using a gate driver. An apparatus for driving a display device includes plural stages. At least one of the stages includes an input unit(420), an intermediate process unit(440), an output voltage generation unit(450), and an output path select unit(460). The input unit outputs a first voltage according to one of output signals of the previous stage or a scan start signal. The intermediate process unit outputs a second voltage according to one of output clock signals or output signals of the next stage. The output voltage generation unit is charged with the first voltage and generates an output signal according to the output signal from the intermediate process unit. The output path select unit selects an output path of an output signal.
