The present invention relates to a case structure for housing a fishing hook which can keep the fishing hook safe and convenient. The case structure for housing a fishing hook includes: a case body having a first fishing hook-receiving groove formed therein, the first fishing hook-receiving groove having a vertical wall formed downwardly by a predetermined depth at the inside thereof and a second fishing hook-receiving groove formed having inclined side walls extending upwardly wideningly from the first fishing hook-receiving groove in such a manner as to communicate with the first fishing hook-receiving groove; a cover having a predetermined area corresponding to the second fishing hook-receiving groove of the case body for opening/closing the case body; and a pair of locking protrusions formed upwardly protrudingly to a predetermined height from the inclined side walls of the second fishing hook-receiving groove of the case body for holding the fishing hook thereto.
