A door outside handle of a vehicle is provided to protrude a door handle out of a side outer panel or hold the door handle inside the side outer panel by using a drive unit, an elastic member, and a locking unit. A door outside handle of a vehicle comprises a door handle(30), a drive unit(40), a first arm(32), an elastic member(50), a second arm(34), and a locking unit(60). The door handle moves in and out of an opening(12) of a side outer panel(10). The drive unit is installed in a space between a side inner panel(20) and the side outer panel. Extending from one end of the door handle, the first arm is fixed to the drive unit. The elastic member is fixed to the side inner panel. Extended from the other end of the door handle, the second arm is supported by the elastic member. The locking unit holds the door handle in the space between the side inner panel and the side outer panel.
