Disclosed is a therapeutic agent for hyperlipemia, which has an excellent effect of decreasing the blood cholesterol level and the blood triglyceride level. Specifically disclosed is a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent fo r hyperlipemia, a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for obesity or diabe tes, or a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for metabolic syndrome, each of which comprises a combination of a compound represented by the general f ormula (1) or a salt thereof and a statin (particularly pitavastatin).
