<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic sintered body, for obtaining a ceramic sintered body through steps of injection molding a ceramic powder containing a binder, degreasing and calcining, by which fluidity of the ceramic powder upon injection molding can be improved without increasing the content of the binder or even when the content of the binder is decreased, a dense ceramic sintered body can be obtained while suppressing failure in packing even when a sintered body having a thin portion or a complicated shape is to be formed, and degreasing time can be reduced to improve the manufacture efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a ceramic sintered body 7 comprises injection molding a molding material 3 containing a ceramic powder 1 and a binder 2, heating and degreasing the molded body 4 and then calcining, wherein fine air bubbles 5 are mixed into the molding material 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
