<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a glass-ceramic multilayer board capable of obtaining the board with high accuracy in size without degrading rigidity by hurting surface or reducing bonding strength of a surface conductor. <P>SOLUTION: A green sheet 13 for suppressing burning shrinkage contains a 0.5 to 15 mass% second glass in a total material of the green sheet 13; and a total of 60 to 80 mass% of a component composed of at least one of B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>, ZnO, PbO, and alkali metal oxide in the second glass. A green sheet 1 contains 40 to 90 mass% of the first glass in a total material of the green sheet 1; and a total of ≤20 mass% of a component composed of at least one of B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, P<SB>2</SB>O<SB>5</SB>, ZnO, PbO, and the alkali metal oxide in the first glass. Otherwise, the components does not contained at all in the first glass. After the treatment, the glass sheets are soaked into an acidic solution of pH 3.0 to 6.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
