<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost light emission angle restricting sheet having high transmission efficiency and high light emission angle restriction performance. <P>SOLUTION: Light shielding films 11 composed of a material having a property for reducing light transmission quantity are formed on a plurality of positions on the surface of a visibility angle restricting sheet 1 which is a sheet-like optical member having light permeability. The light emission side sheet surface of the visibility angle restricting sheet 1 is plane, and meanwhile, a plurality of projected portions, each of which has a V-shaped cross section and a linearly extended ridgeline of a V shape, are formed in parallel with each other on the light incident side sheet surface of the sheet 1. Each light shielding film 11 is formed on one-side surfaces out of the surfaces of respective projected portions with the ridgeline as a boundary, and faces, on which respective light shielding films 11 are formed, of all the projected portions are the same side with respect to the ridgeline. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
